I have 3 mobiles connected to my account.
All of them works prefeclty at local network. But almost half of time they didn`t appear when they are outside local network, in street using 3g or 4g or other wifi network for instance.
Why does it happen?
I use other surveillence app, Cerberus, where I can check if they are online. Cerberus connects fine, but Airdroid sometimes don`t.
Either if I use Airdroid or Web airdroid. Using IE, Chrome, Opera, etc.
In this case, the Samsung is connected, but it appears most of time offline in Airdroid.
The Samsung is rooted and I have SU installing allowing direct access without prompt.
What can I do?
