Can't allow the PC to access the debug tool. (Phone not rooted)

Argh! I can't let my PC connect to my phone using the debug option.

My phone touch screen is broken and I can only use it with a mouse. I wanted to use AirDroid to control my phone through the PC. obviously can't use the mouse when the phone is plugged into the PC, so I can't press to accept the PC to use debugging on my phone -_-
Without this I can't mirror the phone by usb or even root my phone
