Using Windows 7 and Google Chrome with HTC One M9 (Android 6). For about 2 or 3 weeks now Airdroid is constantly losing the network connection every 5 or 10 minutes. I'm not getting any notification of the loss so I'm not getting my text notifications after the loss occurs and I'm missing a lot of text notifications because of this. I have to set my phone ringer to silent b/c I'm at work. I have tried to use 2 different WiFi connections and even tried to just use the phone network and I get the same result. I searched the threads and didn't find any similar situation. Can you please help me figure out what is going on? thanks!

Is anyone from AirDroid support monitoring this forum? No response after 10 days. Is there another way to get support?
