Pressing Ring in Lost Phone Does Not Workquestion

I have an LG G4 which has Airdroid installed on it. I also have a Mac. When I use the browser and go to web.airdroid.com and click on "Find Phone", it works and shows the location of the device; however, when I click on "Ring" I get a popup message from Airdroid on the phone (see attached file), saying: "Play Sound" and then it gives me the option of pressing "OK". No ringing at all. And when I press OK, it just gets rid of the popup message. No sound.

I've looked through the settings and can't find anything that causes this behavior. Am I missing something?

Hi @alex, do you set your own music as the ring tone? Would you please try setting the system music as the ring tone to see if it works? Thanks.

Hi @Dora, all of the tones I use are system ones. Thanks for the reply.
