Sign in and Sign up problemquestion

Hello everybody. My friend can't sign up or sign in with her gmail. If she tries to sign up with email or G+ after asking for password and nick name, it says the email address is already registerd. And when she tries to reset password by the same email, it says account dose not exist.

So weird. Please give us help. Thank you...
