Error (-10802)question

I have AirDroid on my Samsung 5 Android phone. I have downloaded AirDroid 3 on my windows computer but it wont allow me to sign into my account.
A message is displayed next my sign in saying Failed to connect to server (-10802).

I have uninstalled and re-installed the app but still get the same message. Have also tried to restart the IKE - Internet Service Exchange with no luck.

Has anyone got a solution.

Would you please change DNS into 8888 for a try? Please check the following steps:
1. Right click the Internet access, and click "Open Network and Sharing Center",



2, Select "Local Area Connection",


3, then you will see a new interface, click "Properties",



4, Double cilck IPv4,


5, Find out "Preferred DNS server " and change it to 8888, click OK.
