Screenshot issuequestion

Hi!
Whenever I press "Screenshot" on my computer, this window pops up:

But the problem is that nothing like that shows up on my phone. Nothing happens. I have the remote screen icon in the phone's status bar, but I can't view the screen remotely on the computer. Earlier this week it sometimes worked, and sometimes it didn't. Now, today, I absolutely cannot make it work. Every single time I click the screenshot button, this window pops up, but nothing pops up on my phone.
