SMS Not working at all, does not even connect to phone..

I am new to Airdroid, but not Android itself. I have an HTC One Max. I have the latest updates on all systems. However, I am unable to get the SMS Texting to work at all from my desktop Airdroid Server. My phone is connected and everything else seems to work fine. But the SMS just does not want to register, and I am not able to use the texting feature..

Any suggestions, ideas, or reasons why it would not even acknowledge it?

Hi Lucas, would you please check if you have granted AirDroid the permission to send SMS? You can find the setting on the permission manager on your phone.
