still not able to connect on airdroid windows client

Dear Admin,

please help to access my airdroid account with client i have signed in with same airdroid id ni both client and device
but shows device not connected pleae help what i do?

i have to other netowrk device is connected with wifi and data usage
and client connected with lan ip address
2 others network in this case what should we do?

Hi, would you please reboot your phone and computer and see if it works then?
