AirMirror - Failed to start servicequestion

Set up for AirMirror non-rooted mode but get message "Failed to start service" when clicking AirMirror from AirDroid Web. Phone is Droid TurboII. From desktop app, message says "Screen cannot be mirrored".

Hi，Would you please try to activate AirMirror on PC client with USB debugging firstly, and then go back to web.airdroid.com and try it again to see if it works?

Thanks - but I read about that method in another thread and tried it already (and again) but it doesn't help.
USB connects in debug mode and it does the app does appear to connect, but fails when the mirror is attempted.

And if it still fails, would you please send us logs on your phone and PC for troubleshooting?

Y si esto falla, usted por favor nos envíe los registros en el teléfono y el PC para la solución de problemas?
