Full control of android phone? Like team viewer..

Hello,
as the title states does the air droid offer full control of my android phone? I would like to use my computer to use the air droid app and use certain applications. Like team viewer where you are able to have full control of a PC.. So does air droid offer that capability?

Note: Like PC to use music apps on my phone. Thank you for your time
