Is there any error message when it failed? Would you please send us a screenshot of it

The only thing I could think of is that I'm using Blur to prevent your use of trackers - google+1, facebook connect, google analytics and addthis. A screen shot won't help, the registration button was rendered correctly, but it wouldn't do anything. I eventually used IE which doesn't have Blur running on it.

Two questions really. Why does blocking trackers break your pages, and why do you need the trackers for folks that have paid for the product. I feel I've transitioned from a product to a customer.
