Airdroid disconnects as soon as my mobile screen is lockedquestion

I use Mi-5 and as soon as the screen is locked, it disconnects from my MAC.

I have tried all steps written in your forum to do changes in the settings of mobile for Doze off mode. but no luck.

Can anyone let me know how to make it work, or shall I uninstall Airdroid?

Hi Naveen, Sorry to hear that.

1. Please check if you have allowed Keep "Wi-Fi on during sleep"
2. Please check if you have turned off the power saving mode: Open Settings in your device> Additional settings> Battery> Manage apps battery usage> turn off Manage apps' battery usage & Restrict apps when battery is low> select Choose apps to restrict> uncheck AirDroid> cilck OK.
3 Please make sure you have turned off Doze mode.
4. Please check if you've installed some app manager that might kill AirDroid process. the default Phone Manager app may kill the process of AirDroid when running memory cleanup feature. Adding AirDroid to the Memory cleanup whitelist will help
