I am having this exact same problem. Everything was working fine until I did the security update on my cell phone and my Windows machine.

Same problem here. Also with logging on to the website and the PC app too, has taken many tries just to get on here to leave this post.
Still not logging on my Android phone getting the -10002 error.
Wife has not updated to 4.0.0.3 and has no problems.

ok seam to have found a fix..
Kill all the services and clear all data cash
then restart airdroid

Did that and still have the same problem. How about the inability to login in here? As others mentioned has taken many tries just to get on here to leave this post. To me, it seems more like server issues and if it is, everyone can have server issues but WHY they just don't put a message on the web page saying so?

I agree with you, issue was more on ldap / Directory server as same the forum was impacted by randomized. Can be also due to some DOS on those server
