connection issues

Connection issues to my phone. i cannot seem to get the computer to link with the phone no matter how many times i retry the connection.

I since the last update either of windows 10 or Airdroid this morning my computer can not keep a connection for more than 20 - 30 seconds to my Galaxy 6. This problem messes with my productivity. Any clues for me to try?

I too have a problem since the last update. I can get as far as scanning the QR-code and then I'm asked to sign in, but I'm unable to make the connection from my phone to do so (Samsung Galaxy S2, Android version 2.3.3). I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared the cache, cleared the data, but no joy.

Ok, I've been able to connect to AirDroid in Lite Mode - see http://forums.airdroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15895. I expect my phone is too old now to cope with the latest full version, but Lite will do fine.
