Why i can not access my SD card (internal memory)? each time i try to access it, it gives me ( failed to load folder/sd card ) ,but the external SD is available to access .

Hi, can you open the internal memory via AirDroid on your device?

Does this error appear on AirDroid on your device or on web.airdroid.com? Can you pls send us a screenshot of that？
