Airdroid won't sign into my home wifi anymore, and a usb cable won't work now either.question

I'm using an LG G5 and a Windows PC. I was happily using Airdroid for about a year, by using http://web.airdroid.com/ to transfer photos from the phone to the PC over my home wifi network, but now it's quit working and tells me that it can only use my mobile phone bandwidth, which is much slower, and of course costs money! The phone beeps when it connects, but the web interface at http://web.airdroid.com/ says "Airdroid is currently using your device's mobile network. To conserve data, please try to connect your device to a wifi network".

I tried the USB cable too, and now it won't even sync with my phone, when I use my Altap Salamander file manager, or the Windows file manager on the PC, which used to work fine.

I'm stuck! Please help.

Hi, is your phone and PC in LAN? If yes, please try lite mode to transfer and see if it works? http://forums.airdroid.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15290

And can you transfer files from PC desktop client to the phone? If not, can you pls tell us the error message or send us a screenshot of the issue so that we can further check?
