2 Android Phones, how to use AIRDROID to see SMSquestion

I have 2 Android Phones, 1 for work (Verizon Carrier) and 1 for personal (T-Mobile Carrier). I would like to use Airdroid to have the work Android phone see SMS from the personal Android Phone. I used to use Google Voice to do this, but lost that ability after changing personal carriers. I am able to see BOTH phones via Airdroid on my home PC Desktop. This is not a solution for the office as my work PC is completely locked down to new applications.
