It's a bit tricky but you can pair you Phone via bluetooth to your computer and configure it to use your computer as speaker and microphone.
With a microphone connected to your computer you can than make Phone calls from android while the voice communication is done via bluetooth from Phone to computer. So in short you only use AirDroid as dialer to initiate the call. The rest is pure bluetooth between pc and Phone.
