Whenever I try to find my cellphone by using AirDroid I get a message that says it failed to find it. How can this be possible? I'm a premium user, I activated everything I had to activate in order to find it, yet the app can't do it. I already regret paying for the premium version.

We would like to confirm with you that do you open the Find Phone on your device?
If yes, would you like to sign out web AirDroid and sign in again to see if it works?
It would be helpful if you could send us a screenshot of the error page.
