SMS non transférés sur mon ordiquestion

Bonjour,
Je me suis rendue compte que les longs SMS ne sont pas transférés sur AIRDROID, ils n'apparaissent pas du tout.
Quelqu'un aurait une solution ?

Hi,

Thank you for your feedback.

We would like to confirm with you that do set the notification settings on your phone.

If your turn off the phone's notification service, it'll also can't receive the pop up notification.Please try as follow steps:
AirDroid > Tools > Desktop Notif. >Notification Mirror service > Switch to open (turn to Green)



And then would you try again to see if you can receive the long SMS?

If it still fail, would you send us the screenshot of the error page in your device and AirDroid?
