You can follow these steps to activate screenshot remotely from your desktop.
1.Finding the Mirror feature on the menu bar on the left. Then click "View Only Mode" .



2.Tap "Start Now" on your device, then you can use it to screenshot.

Would you like to send us a screenshot of the error page for a further check?

Would you please send us logs of your PC and cellphone so that we can check them out? (Kindly note that there is no personal data collected and the required info is for further checking the issue.)

The paths of finding logs are listed as below.

Windows:
1. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\logs” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.
2. Please enter “%appdata%\airdroid\exception” on Windows explorer and you will find the log files.

If this issue showed up on November 14, then please forward files named by 20171114 to us.

Phone:
1. SD card/Android/data/com.sand.airdroid/files/main.log
