I just installed AirDroid in my Moto G Android 6, same error over and over. Can you help?

i use 3 devices, redmi 3x, redmi note 3 pro and samsung galaxy prime, before all is ok no problem anymore, but last view days only samsung can conected remotetly, all my xiaomi can't connected remote, perhap i use premium user....please fixed it as soon as possible..note : all airdroid program i had updated with latest airdroid application on google play ....thanks

Hi I've got the same issue with the error - 10002 on my Samsung Galaxy Ace. I already reinstalled AirDroid and restarted my phone. But even when I'm turning off wifi, the error returns while trying to login. A software update didn't helped either.
I've no idea what I can do, AirDroid ist working well on my Galaxy S4.
I hope you guys can help me.

Hi I tried it again but the error is still there..

Nice update, after update I can't login to AirDroid (i can login on the website, so password is oke).
Please fix it.
The errormessage is "Failed to connect to the server (-25000)", I have tried several times to re-login but still not help.

I'm getting the same error, "Failed to connect to the server (-25000)". Just started happening today. OK yesterday.
