[Help & FAQ] Failed to connect to device?

My HP 7 Plus can connect to Airdroid but will not mirror. I've enabled USB Debugging and connected my PC running windows 7 and another PC running windows 10 and both get the same error when attempting to mirror.

cant find my phone

add a device

i cant connect to my web can u fix this issue

Hi gfj,sorry for any inconvenience that it has caused.Could you please have a try of using AirMirror on AirDroid web and see if it works well?

The web.airdroid.com only connect a device in other network at a 1:00 AM until 8:00 AM since 13/10/2015. It1s not a local problem because there several users reporting the same problem.
