Hi,

Try add AirDroid into the Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall list to see if it helps:

Sorry, I am using a Mac Desktop and my firewall is OFF.

@Coffee I got your last reply. The problem is I am not using a Windows computer. I am on a Mac running OSX 10.7.5. Both the phone and computer are on the same network. Prior to the update I was able to used this flawlessly. Now, as mentioned before, local transfer continues to fail.

In using PC -> Phone transfer, the phone end of the transfer has stalled and cannot be cancelled or aborted. How do I clear this from the phone file transfer? I tried again with the same file and it transfered ok but did not clear the stuck file.

Same thing here: Mac OS X 10.11 El capitan.
Folder upload fails after first couple mb.
Paid for premium - nothing has changed
