AirDroid Win and Mac Sign In Failure Diagnostic Self Help Guide, Tech Savvy Preferred

Hey, I also have a problem signing in on my Mac. My AirDroid gets stuck on the MacBook Pro on the 'add a device' screen. I am signed in on both devices with my AirDoid-Account but they don't seem to find each other. When I click on 'done' there appears the word 'checking..' which disappears and back to 'done'. The software is updated to the latest version on both devices.
