HelloI have been trying to log in my airdroid desktop account but it gives error -26861 failed to connect to the server, please help.log is attached.

Before this update it was alternating between two errors, -23000something and this one.
I'm behind NAT, and I can't change the settings for the firewall! And in case I could, I don't know which ports to open.

I have to say, it is really disappointing that you don't get any support or help here!!! I wrote in this forum the first time over two months ago in the request for help! Since than AirDroid hasn't reacted at all! I am really wondering about the purpose of this forum if the creators don't even read the posts!!!!It can't be that difficult to fix a problem about the connection of two devices in 2 months or at least respond with a post!!!
I am really disappointed and mad about the lack of professionalism!!!!!

Just updated and now getting error 13001
Failed to connect to the server
This is on both desktop computers

Just update 3.04 and still impossible to connect . The only difference is new error code which is -27000
