Cannot Drag and Drop on PC (on Chrome it works)!

Hi,
I installed Airdroid on my PC (Win7 64-bit). The issue is that I cannot drag and drop files nor folders! I can only upload things when I click on the small Icons below the drag and drop-field and browse for files. On Chrome drag and drop does work.

What I tried so far:
- Reinstall Airdroid on PC
- Right click > Properties > Compatibility > Run as administrator

Nothing worked.

I would hugely appreciate some help!

Thanks very much. I recommended Airdroid to a friend who installed it and had no problem dragging and dropping on their own PC. Hope it can be fixed for me.

Actually we've encountered similar issue before, but the problem is that we can't reproduce it.

The devs may need more time to fix this because the root cause hasn't been found yet.
