Server nicht erreichbar / Server not reachable - 26861question

I try for the first time to log in to the Win-Airdroid.

I get the errormessage:  Server not reachable. 

All other internet is working, i.e. typing in the forum a new Thread 

What can I do ?

Did you always get this error message? Can you tell me which country are you in?

get the same error message whenever i try to login with the desktop client.

I get the same error as well on my Win 7 laptop at work.

Using Airdroid on my Mac at home works great - so I know it can't be the account, etc.

Any ideas?

You may try turning off the firewall on your computer and try again. We've received several bug reports about -26861, but we haven't found a solution.

Does your Win 7 laptop is in the same network environment as your Mac?  Are you using firewall on the laptop?
