Failed to connect to the server (No error code)

Hi.
I also got the error message 'Unable to connect to the server'. No error code was stated.
I can access the Airdroid web site fine.
Screen capture and Log file included as requested.

App desktop => Unable to connect to the server
Website => ok
if you can solve the problem would be cool
