Can not share folder.question

Hello,
I have Windows 8 and a OnePlus One and premium airdroid. When I try to share a folder from my phone, it pops up a dialog that says:

Share
Can not share folder.
Ok

I need to transfer all my photos to my computer, which is why I purchased premium, but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Sorry, AirDroid doesn't support transfer folder from Android to computer client.
You can sign in to AirDroid Web and use Files or Photos feature to download all your photos to computer. It's quite easy.
