Failed to connect to server -10802question

Get above message when trying to connect using app on pc. Connection works when using airdroid web. Help!

No change. PC is hard connected to a home router and have DHCP set up. Have changed DNS to 8.8.8.8 and still get original error.

Also using Webroot for security. Don't know if that has an effect.

On turning off firewall in webroot I can access the server. Any suggestions on settings in webroot to allow access to your server?

Seems the firewall blocks AirDroid. Whitelist the following IP address to see if it helps:

50.18.55.167
184.169.128.204
