Non WiFi Connection Not Workingquestion

I am able to connect via the Chrome app with no problem while I'm home and my phone is connected to WiFi. But I continually get a connection error when I try to to do the same from work (no WiFi connection). How can I resolve this issue?

Looks like this is a corporate firewall issue which I've seen messages about dating back to 2014. You'd think this would have been fixed by now! Too bad, I really like Airdroid and would be a premium member if I could get ti to work from my office.
