You may right-click AirDroid icon > Properties > Compatibility > uncheck Run this program as an administrator, click OK and try again.

Try if this helps:
Press Win+R, enter regedit to start Registry Editor > delete autoRun Test in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
