Can't send SMSquestion

I try to send a sms from my Windows desktop app, but when I click on New Message, the bar where to enter the cell number doesn't come up. The message part is there but not the number part. I have a Samsung Note 3 running Android 5.0.

Can you attach a screenshot of it? And does exit and re-open AirDroid helps?
