I believe this is due to the proxy settings of the network I am on. The web app automatically uses the external proxy settings provided by the browser, but I cant find a place to modify the proxy settings on the desktop app. Help please?

Hi, is there any error message when you failed to connect to your desktop client? Please send us the screenshot of it.
