I can't see my devices content on Airdroid 3.2.2 (Windows 10)question

I already tried to reinstall the Windows and the Android apps, but I still can't see my device content. I select my device, but it keeps loading indefinitely. I am able to receive all notifications and AirMirror works perfectly.
This issue was not occurring with the previous version. Any suggestions?

Hi, would you pleaes send us the logs and exception: Right click on AirDroid icon > select open file location > logs and exception
