Air Mirror setting works but only gets the black screenquestion

I use AirDroid 4.0. Installed on both PC and Huawei Union. Setting works so both are connected. I click on AirMirror icon, All I see is black screen. The connection seems to be working because when I click on home, my Huawei device goes to home. But because the screen is black/blank, I cannot control the Huawei device remotely.

Hi! Same happend to me. When I click on AirMirror, I see black screen, and when i click on screnshot the photo looks black too. The other buttons like Home screen, switch task, etc, work well.
I tryed on AirDroid Desktop and AirDroid Web, and got the same error.

1.Do you use airmirror in root way?
2.If yes,are you using Kingroot to root the device?

This has been a common problem for most of the users. I have tried to take the screenshot of the issue but couldn’t do it as the screen turns out to be completely blank. It seems to be really annoying even after trying all sorts of changes. http://www.bamedsupplies.com/medical-gloves.html

Same happened with me. The buttons on the app are working and when i do actions they are also performed the buttons on the client are working. The link to screenshots are below. My display is on and am on the airdroid app itself... I am using a Macbook Air and device is YU 4711+ running Android 5.1
