Can't Receive some text messages

Hello Admin,

I recently installed AirDroid and i like the service and am thinking about becoming a premium member in the future. However, before that can happen i need to have all of my text messages come through. Most of my notifications some through just fine and even some text messages have come through. However there are messages that i get from people (normal messages not pictures or videos) that AirDroid is not displaying. PLEASE HELP!!!
