SMS messages sent through Windows app not showing up in thread on phonequestion

SMS messages I send through the Windows app are not appearing in my conversation history on my phone. I did not have this problem until last week.

Computer
-Windows 10, version 1709 (OS build 16299.309)
-AirDroid Windows, version 3.6.2

Phone
-Pixel, Android version 8.1.0
-AirDroid version 4.1.8.0
-Permissions: Contacts, SMS, Storage

Hi, would you like to use web AirDroid to send the SMS again to see if it appear in your phone? And we would like to confirm with you that did the recipient receive the text message?

Hello, I'm having the same issue.

I rebooted my phone and some messages synced, but after a couple minutes they stopped again.

Edit: I rebooted my phone a second time and messages have not synced.

SMS app: Android Messages
Phone: Pixel 2, Android version 8.1.0

We would like to confirm with you is that SMS include picture or emoji？

If yes, there can't sync because MMS is not support on AirDroid, you can see them on your phone only.

No, I've sent almost 100 messages with no emoji's or pictures and they don't show up on my phone still

1. What is the default message app on your devices? could you send us an screenshot of it?
2. Have you meet the probelm all the time or just meet them recently?
3. If you only meet the problem recently, have you do any system update for your device?
4. Could you kindly reboot your device to see if the old texts can show up on your device or not?
