Cannot open downloaded Zip Folder

I consistently get this message when I attempt to open the zip file that I downloaded my videos from the Android to my Windows 7 via Airdroid:

When I click a zip file every one of the alternatives are turned gray out. On the off chance that I right snap I don't have an Extract choice. In the event that I click Send to Compressed (Zip ) organizer it makes another duplicate in a similar envelope. What is the following stage? How would I open zip this?
