I have paid for premium and they say, Im not.....

I have paid for premium ..... and they say Im not premium and i have to repaid..... but I have take 1 year and that make juste 1 week i have paid ... please help me.

@ste15631 Our record shows that you have placed 2 orders but both of them are canceled. Would you please tell us your Paypal account you purchased the Premium service? And provide us the screenshot of the payment record? After we receive the information required, we will solve this as soon as possible.
