You mean SMS backup? If yes, sorry that AirDroid now do not support this. We'll try to make improvements in future updates.
If you only need to copy SMS from your phone to computer, you may try this:
Copy the messages in your phone, go to web.airdroid.com, then you'll get the copied message in Toolbox > Clipboard.
