HTC M8 camera photos not showing up

When I plug my HTC M8 in to my Macbook Pro - the photos no longer show up.
I did some investigating and I see on the HTC external SD card - the photos are kept in a folder called "media100" but Airdroid is only reading from a folder called "camera" which is not the folder the HTC is writing to.


Any ideas what I can do to fix this ?
