Why Can't I see my mobile on pc?

I can't see my mobile on PC. When I click in Device Authorization nothing happens. I see no one USB device. but I activate the USB debugging. My android is Jelly Belly 4.1.2.

É uma pena saber disto.

Preparei três métodos de soluções possíveis para que vocês consigam resolver o acidente.

Solução 1
- Desative qualquer antivírus que estiver ativo no momento.
Avast! é o mais reclamado entre todos os outros disponíveis no mercado.

Solução 2
- Desinstale o AirMirror de seu computador (Aplicativo e Extensão) e instale-os novamente após limpar o cache e cookies do navegador.
É bem difícil, mas não descarto a possibilidade de que o seu poderia ter sido instalado de mal jeito (Instalação Corrompida).

Solução 3
- Ative a Depuração USB nas Configurações Avançadas do seu dispositivo antes de tentar instalar o AirMirror. Caso ela esteja habilitada, por favor, desative e ative novamente, forçando uma 'reinicialização'.

Conclusão
Eu estou com o mesmo problema que vocês. Porém, eu tenho dois smartphones que também tiveram esse problema. Eu consegui resolver o problema seguindo a Solução 2. Outro colega meu disse que isso também aconteceu e foi resolvido com a Solução 1 e reiniciando o computador em seguida.

In this case, you can give the following steps a try:
1. You can download AirDroid Desktop, with which AirMirror will attempt to activate it.
2. Problem might lie in USB cable, please try again with another USB cable.
3. Reboot your PC, and then try again and see if it works now.

Thank you for your help.

I tried to connect my phone to AirDroid Desktop and only then, my smartphone has triggered USB debugging.

It would be a good idea to contact them by AirDroid support chat or e-mail so that they are also notified of this method.
