IP Address???

I just downloaded your app but cannot get my phone to connect. I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4. Your Help tips suggests that there is a way to connect using an IP address but I don't see where to find that. The sign in screen has a web address and the Scan QR code button which I've tried 20 times but it wont read the barcode.
Please help!

It might because your device is connected to 3G network so that you cannot find the IP address showing on AirDroid of your device. You may connect your device to WiFi and try again.

You have to sign in to AirDroid on your device first and then open web.airdroid.com to sign in with the same account.
