I can manage my phone via web even when the app was turned off (using the widget)

Hi guys. It seems the app doesn't really shut down the connection if it's turned off using the desktop widget. The steps I follow:1- Turn on the app using the widget
2- Type the IP on my PC browser
3- Accept the dialog shown on my phone
4- Do stuff
5- Turn the app off using the widget.
And by this point, I can still do stuff in my phone using the PC browser.


I'm using Google Chrome on my PC, and my phone is an Xperia S running stock 4.1.2.
