Can not reset Password

When I attempt to reset my password it says "Account Not found" for my E-mail address.
If I try to Create an account with my E-mail address, it says "Email Exists"

In a catch 22 on what I need to do next.

Maybe if you forgot this now for account list, soon as you can. Create an account again.

Would you please tell us your AirDroid account and send us a screenshot of the error page? Should it be possible that you entered a wrong email address?
