ScreenShot not working Galaxy S4

Very nice and handfull aplication. Great job guys, but i have problem with screenshot on my Galaxy S4. Galaxy is rooted but on screen i only have white screen On galaxy S3 everything is working fine. Can you help, pls??

Would you please tell us your Android version? AirDroid now do not well support Android 4.3. But our team are working hard to fix this.

Thx for reply. Android version is 4.2.2.

Galaxy S4, Android 4.22 - I've tried Chrome and IE on my PC - makes no difference - white screen only on rooted S4, everything else works. I really would like to get this working - the reason for using Airdroid was to do some screenshots of the Android phone!!
