Unable to type in the search box when clicking on contacts

Hello:

I'm using the Web AirDroid on a Windows 7 PC using both Google Chrome (Version 30.0.1599.101 m) and Internet Explorer 10 (Version 10.0.9200.16721) and in both cases when I attempt to search contacts the search box is disabled. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Hi Pete,
Does this happen all the time? And how many contacts do you have? The search box can only be used when all of the contacts are loaded. If you have many contacts, it takes time to load all the contacts and you need to wait for a while.

I have same problem here. Using latest version of Chrome and SGS4 GT-I9505 with Android 4.3.

I have 1000+ contacts on my Google account and Outlook which are syncing with my SGS4. AirDroid is unable to even load all my contacts which are beginning with letter "A". Is there a limit of contacts which can be recognised?
